Tessia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2023) and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2024), earned through an accelerated five-year program. Her professional background is rooted in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and administrative support.

With a passion for streamlining processes and fostering effective communication, Tessia brings an organized and people-first approach to supporting both internal teams and client experiences. She is currently preparing to pursue a law degree, inspired by her interest in the legal field and commitment to helping others navigate complex systems.

Outside of the office, Tessia enjoys traveling, attending Detroit sporting events, exploring downtown, spending time with family and friends, and going on walks with her dog, Louie.
